Gay Managed Boutique Hotel, Restaurant and Licensed Wedding Venue, Gorran Haven, St Austell, Cornwall
The Llanwroc Gay Managed Hotel, Restaurant and Licensed Gay Civil Ceremony Venue, Chute Lane, Gorran Haven, St Austell, Cornwall

www.thellawnrochotel.co.uk

The Llawnroc Hotel sits snuggled away in the enchanting Cornish harbour village of Gorran Haven near St Austell on the south coast of Cornwall. This beautiful hotel is an unashamedly contemporary space that is dressed to impress which, by the way, would not look out of place in New York or Barcelona and can easily hold its own against the coolest joints in Chelsea. The Llawnroc has just 18 en-suite bedrooms, so is a boutique hotel (a term which sadly has become over used and diluted these days) in the true meaning of the word: intimate with a character that is bold and beautiful. The pallet here at the Llawnroc excites the senses without shouting and is glorious mixture of rich gold, black and purples hues that lend an air of sophistication and class that works so beautifully. This together with the craftsmanship of their hand-made furnishings and artwork is just delicious. The Llawnroc Hotel provides two places to dine: Gwineas Bistro and Bar has a chilled-out vibe that is simply fabulous for relaxed lunches and suppers whilst Gorrans Fine Dining Restaurant has the feel of a high end city restaurant. Whichever you choose, the food is seriously good, all cooked with passion and served in style. But for us, amidst all the quality and style that flows effortlessly throughout the Llawnroc Hotel, it has to be the astonishing eye for detail provided by the General Manager Matt Redhead and his dedicated friendly team of staff who together provide a seemingly effortless level of first class of service without drama, stuffiness or being intrusive; how cool is that? You really couldn't want for a better location in Cornwall for a break or holiday as Gorran Haven fishing village is situated in an unspoilt and relatively undiscovered corner of Cornwall amidst the magical setting of sea, beach and cliffs backed by green rolling countryside. The location in an ancient Cornish fishing village and the unhurried pace of life juxtaposed against the modernity boutique style of The Llawnroc Hotel is simply priceless.
